膜材料表面加涂的防護涂層(聚氟乙烯、丙烯酸等)具有耐高溫的特點。而且奉身不發(fā)粘。這樣落到膜材表面的灰塵可以靠雨水的自然沖洗而達到自潔的效果。膜結構一改傳統(tǒng)建筑材料而使用膜材，其重量只是傳統(tǒng)建筑的三分之一。而且膜結構可以從根本上克服傳統(tǒng)膜結構的大跨度(無支持)建筑上所遇到的困難，可創(chuàng)造巨大的無遮擋的可視空間。

關于膜結構停車棚應注意以下幾方面的問題：

1、膜結構停車棚的膜材表面需清洗、打掃時，需穿軟底無釘?shù)男夏ぃ苊饨饘傥矬w及其他尖硬物體劃傷或磨刮膜結構停車棚的膜表面。

7、膜表面大量積水，要及時進行排水處理，如不及時處理，就會造成膜結構停車棚損傷。
